Delivery Costs & Timescales
Delivery is included on most items. The exact cost depends on:

- •Whether installation or setup is required
Some smaller items (like crutches or walking frames) may include free courier delivery as standard. Larger equipment such as hospital beds, hoists, and riser recliner chairs typically include a delivery charge that covers transport, setup, and a demonstration of how to use the equipment safely.
Collection at End of Hire
Collection is arranged automatically at the end of your hire period. We'll contact you in advance to schedule a convenient collection time. There's no additional charge for collection — it's included in your hire agreement.
